Hi, I’m Alix and I’m here to help you cut through the noise, ditch the pressure, and finally feel good in your own skin and your own life. We work on fitness, mindset, and wellbeing – all in one integrated approach – so you can feel energised, grounded, and unapologetically powerful.

I don’t do cookie-cutter plans, surface-level hacks, or endless lists of “shoulds.” I bring together my experience in strength training, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching to create a journey that actually works for real life. We’ll build strength in your body, calm in your mind, and clarity in your choices, so you stop spinning your wheels and start moving forward with confidence.
