Hi, I’m Alix. I work with women who are brilliant at life – but somehow feel like their body is the one place they just can’t get it together.

I’m here to help you ditch the pressure and finally feel good in your own skin. Bringing together my expertise in fitness, nervous system regulation and transformational coaching into one integrated approach.
